Today, it stands as a dynamic community-based development organization that empowers women and youth, strengthens social cohesion, and promotes entrepreneurship and resilience for sustainable and inclusive growth.

Akil Ahmed
Ex-President of NCTF and Founder of Barguna Science Society
Akil was 12 when he joined NCTF, the CBDP child advocacy wing. Where he developed his passion for creating a sustainable future for every youth and currently he serves as Prime Minister of Bangladesh Youth Mock Parliament (BYMP), Founder of Barguna Science Society, and an alumnus of BRAC's Amra Notun Network.
Khairul Islam Munnna
Ex-General Secretary of NCTF and Founder of Green Peace Youth Society
Munna was in Class 06 when he joined CBDP's child advocacy wing. Where he developed his passion to be a Climate Justice Advocate. Currently serves as a YAP Representative to the Country Management Team (CMT) at Plan International Bangladesh l Fellow, CCDB Climate Negotiation Fellowship| Coordinator, Media & Communication at BRIGHTERS.
Raimu Zaman
Ex-President, NCTF and YAP Representative to the Country Management Team (CMT) at Plan International Bangladesh
Raimu was in Class 07 when she joined CBDP's child advocacy wing. Where she developed her leadership and communication skills and her passion for creating an equitable, sustainable future for every adolescent girl. She served as an Honorary Divisional Commissioner of Barishal for a day. Currently serves as a YAP Representative to the Country Management Team (CMT) at Plan International Bangladesh.
Mukti Rani
Member of Upazilla NagoriC Forum and Coordinator at Youth Disaster Task Force
Mukti is a promising young leader; she has already gained recognition and acceptance. Through our YDTF, we helped her to strengthen her belief that boosting her efficiency, dedication, and creativity will inspire young people. Currently, she serves as a mentor for the Action Aid Swapnajaya Cohort and a fellow at the Conference of Youth Asia Pacific (RCOY APAC) 2026
